Along with the help of Asa, who was also recently released, and a few team members, who were fortunate not to get caught up when the Federal indictments dropped on the rest of the team, Rell is determine to restore the team's glory and status in the Streets. Initially, as Rell become familiar with the Pros & Cons of leadership, he sometimes misses the simplicity of following. Eventually, Rell head

Although, a leader may decide alone, he almost never suffer the consequence of his decision alone. This is so, because as a leader, he is responsible for the fate & destiny of those who chose to follow him.
